Thought you all might find this interesting. Though, I cannot figure out how to enter in the competition, based on prizes, you probably have to be local.

Thats a fun idea. I want to build a plexyglass fermenter and put it in a public place.

Any ideas if plexyglass is food safe? And I think a Belgian style with little hops would work best in a outdoor environment.

I'd imagine that you could find food safe plexi-glass (or something like it)

My concern would be the drastic temp changes from being outside, and possibly in the sun.

It would also be light struck (skunky) unless they had some kind of UV filter on the container.
