Isn't there an Exit 6 Brewery? I think Cottleville qualifies as the St Louis area.
Serving - "Close Enough" Bigfoot Barleywine Clone, JD RIS (jealous?), Hard Apple Cider, American Wheat Ale, Nut Brown Ale, & commercial samples...
Carbonating -
Primary - Belgian Blonde
On Deck - American Wheat Ale
In the hole - AIPA

Add:

17) Exit 6

...also there are a couple that are not quite St. Louis, but they still are recognised as such (I think)...

18) Weston Brewing
19) 2nd Shift
20) Crown Valley
21) Charleville

Now...am I missing any others?!?! Oh, and you still can't forget AB/InBev...

**Edit** Drew beat to the punch on InBev!

I think Granite City is a quasi brewery even though they technically only ferment onsite (though I've never seen any equipment).

Heavy Riff is supposed to be opened in May.

Honestly I'm surprised it took this long. Their beer was good, but the service was absolutely horrible both times I was there.

While both have a great beer selection, neither brews their own beer to the best of my knowledge.
