I wish that St Louis Wine and Beer did something I've seen on a few sites online where you formulate your recipe on their site and buy the exact amount of grains you need. I always find myself with a quarter pound of this or a half pound of that that I don't see myself using for a while. I'd pay a little more to be able to buy exactly what I need.
