I've read some articles on this before, but this guy has a nice comparison chart regarding syrup additions.

That's really cool, but I am waaaaaaay too lazy to ever make my own candy syrup. I don't even like making starters.

Wow, nicely planned, executed, and written. I've got to try this sometime - or just get the syrup from Kent!
Serving - "Close Enough" Bigfoot Barleywine Clone, JD RIS (jealous?), Hard Apple Cider, American Wheat Ale, Nut Brown Ale, & commercial samples...
Carbonating -
Primary - Belgian Blonde
On Deck - American Wheat Ale
In the hole - AIPA

Maybe you guys should just buy your beer too.

You're going to need this.

Response one:

You can buy beer? Who did not tell me that?
Does it cost less to buy it once you figure in equipment and labor?

Response two:

Right, what good is a hobby if you do not do it down to the base elements. I assume you all make your own stainless, plastic, and glass for the equipment, right? Brad clearly plants and harvests his own barley, hops, irish moss, and wheat/

That was fun - I got to mock Mr. Mock...

I thought it was well put together, don't think I'll do it though...

I am impressed! I'm typing this on a computer I built myself from resistors & capacitors I scavenged from my old childhood toys. Fabricating my own CPU was the hardest part, even worse than smelting the copper.

It took me over 15 minutes, but I was able to make my own keyboard.

It's made from bamboo that I planted just a few years ago.

Nice Brad,

Apparently you see fit to use a prebuilt alphabet? I had to invent my own alphabet, it is the inverse of Hebrew - I only use vowels -
