Got some. Many thanks to Ted for helping me out.
Here's what I'm going to brew with it, as soon as I round up enough stuff from the basement for a wind block.
5.5 gal batch
7 lbs wheat malt
3 lbs pilsner
1.75 lbs munich
6 oz SpecialB
6 oz C40
4 oz Chocolate Malt
Mash @154, Sparge @168
2 oz Mt Hood @ 60
2 packs Munich German Wheat Ale, Dry Yeast
If I get my usual 83% eff. or close, this should have an OG near 1.072, and should finish around 7.2% abv/ 1.018.
