I had a couple of request for the recipe at the meeting. Always happy to oblige.

Patriot Porter (Robust Porter)

5 Gallon Batch

Water Used
Ice Mountain Bottled Spring Water

Hops Used

1.50 oz Fuggles [4.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min
0.50 oz Fuggles [4.50 %] - Boil 10.0 min

Grains Used

7 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US
1 lbs Carafoam
1 lbs Barley, Flaked
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
8.0 oz Chocolate Malt
8.0 oz Black (Patent) Malt

Other Ingredients Used

0.25 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 mins)
3.0 oz (1/4 cup) Molasses (Boil 30.0 mins)

Yeast Used

1.0 pkg Nottingham (Danstar, Dry, no starter)
Pitched @ 90*

Process

Mash @ 156*
Sparge @ 168*
Boil 60 min

7 Days Primary @ 68*
14 Days Secondary @ 68*

Bottle Carb - Prime with 3/4c Corn Sugar
P: Octoberfest Bock, Experimental Mead(s)
S: Hottfutweizen (Hefe), Sweet Mead
Lineup: Cream Ale, APA, Wheach Clone
Bottled: Oatmeal Stout, Patriot Porter, Honeyweiss
Kegged: Blackberry Wheat
