Are they open in St Charles again (still?)?
I received my awards from BOSS and received a coupon from HBS that expires 6-28-08. Anybody go there?

There's no homebrew supply store over here, as far as I know, but it wouldn't be the first time someone opened a store without telling us.

The card does not say, but looking at the phone number (whoops) 630-377-1338 I'm suddenly guessing Illinois. Where the heck is St Charles, Il?

630 area code is the western 'burbs of CHICAGO. :wink:

Yes, St. Charles Illinois is west / northwest of Chicago...I believe it is close to Aurora.

I don't know, but there's some guy there that brews good Bocks. On the results not too long ago from a homebrew competition (forgot which one), all three winners in the Bock category were from St. Charles...my Maibock got the Bronze, Dr. John's Doppelbock took Gold, and some guy from St. Charles, IL took Silver with a Traditional Bock.

Just looked funny....like brewers from St. Charles, ANY St. Charles, were good Bock brewers.

Actually I got some far out hops as well. Argentinian (think it was Cascade, too lazy to go look).
