Tomorrow 11/2 - Amber Ale

I'm brewing an 11 gallon batch of my Amber Ale tomorrow to build up yeast for a RIS and a Barleywine in a couple weeks. All grain, batch sparge. Probably mash in around 9 or so. I'm located in Brentwood. PM or email for address.

On Tap: Sour Belgian Brown, Amber Ale, Milk Stout, English Dark Mild, American Brown, Vienna Lager

Fermenting: Roggenbier, Pumpkin Ale
Kegged: Dunkelweizen, Hefeweizen, Barleywine
Lagering: Märzen, Doppelbock, Düsseldorf Alt
