5/13 Wheat Thing All-Grain (Brentwood)

Postby astx813 » Sun May 13, 2012 10:20 am

[EDIT:] Couldn't get rice hulls, don't feel like dealing with stuck mash that I'm certain I would ensue with 70% wheat (plus I'm still dialing in the gap on my mill). So I don't know what I'll call it, but I think I'm going to go grind some Maris Otter and Munich, then about 5% wheat and 5% honey now. I think it will turn into beer if I do this right...

And if you'd care to see how my afternoon unfolds, call (314) eight oh nine - L E N T for directions. That's right, everyone, the Two Jews Brews guy's phone number spells lent. Oh, and Happy Mothers Day, everyone!
