Well with all of your help on hops suggestions, we are now owners of new rhizomes.
CHINOOK 113
BREWERS GOLD 108
WILLAMETTE 113
NUGGET 128
CASCADE 110
CENTENNIAL 110

I look forward to the coming season.
If any one is interested in trying wet hops let me know, we will be happy to see how they work in your beer.

Robk,

Thanks for the update and keep us up to date on how the crop is coming along.

I wonder if maybe you'd be up to hosting a visit to your hops farm from a group of interested Brews. Might be a good reason to have a sample session!

Paul

BTW - the number next to the variety - is that the number of rhizomes?

I would like to try some of your wet hops. Make sort of a harvest ale this fall. The cascade or the centennial would probably work out best. Can't wait to see the farm.
