New meeting place suggestions

Ok guys, per our meeting tonight, 8/2/12, please PM me your suggestions as to where you think we could meet. Please submit your suggestions as soon as possible in order to be considered.

Our requirements are as follows:

Hold around 100 people (seats and parking)
Be available the first Thursday of the month forever
Max price around $200 a month
Have a kitchen or at minimum a sink
Centrally located with easy access to main thoroughfares
Allow porch time after the meetings
Have good climate control
Centrally located, based on included mapping reports generated earlier we are currently in the correct part of town
Have plenty of restrooms available through porch time
